Exact address will be shared 48 hours before check-in for guest privacy. 📍 Location Highlights • Journal Square PATH – 0.7 miles • Times Square – 6.4 miles • Hoboken Waterfront – 3.1 miles • Liberty State Park – 2.7 miles • World Trade Center – 4.4 miles • American Dream Mall – 10 min drive • Newark Airport (EWR) – 14 min drive • Central Park – 25 min drive 🚗 Parking -Street parking is usually easy and free—just check signs for street sweeping! -Additional paid parking available across the street at the gas station (arranged through building) 🏡 House Rules To ensure a peaceful, respectful stay for everyone, please follow these important guidelines: • No smoking anywhere on the property – $1,000 fine • Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette stays, or significant quiet hours violations are strictly prohibited and may result in a $1,000+ fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. • No extra or overnight guests without written approval – $100/person per night • Absolutely no pets – due to severe tenant allergy • No mail or package deliveries • No rearranging furniture or unplugging electronics • No loud music or noise after 9:30 PM — we have full-time tenants and quiet hours are strictly enforced • Be mindful of heavy footsteps and avoid slamming doors, especially after quiet hours • Our fire alarms are very sensitive — please avoid using hair tools or anything steamy outside the bathroom • Do not touch the circuit breaker — it’s set to run the home properly and adjusting it can cause issues • No early bag drop or pre-check-in access • Unplug unused appliances and turn off the stove, oven, A/C, and heater when leaving • Keep noise low in common and shared areas • Do not leave the patio door open — this affects energy use and temperature regulation • Do not mix trash and recycling (can result in $100 fine) Thank you so much for treating the space with care and respect.
